A great experience with accommodating staff!

The surroundings were peaceful, and I enjoyed the proximity to various activities. My stay was much better than my last experience. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, and the contemporary decor added a nice touch.

No breakfast was available. The bathroom was cramped with the toilet and shower in a small room.

the hallways were dirty. but the remodeled room was spacious. the bed felt great and there was a nice bar sink. also, breakfast had hot items like eggs and sausage.

There was an awful smell that hit me as soon as I stepped off the elevator. The breakfast setup was quite disappointing. They ran out of several options, and the coffee had grounds in it. I had to fix my breakfast and drinks myself because staff didn’t seem to manage it well. It felt chaotic with guests looking for items that were just not available. Overall, the comfort of the room helped offset the negative experiences, but the breakfast situation and hallway cleanliness really stood out as areas needing attention.
